User Survey 2008
During July 2008 we are carrying out a survey of everyone who visits the Centre. We would also very much like to hear the views of groups who use our website. To download a survey form, right-click on the link below (or ctrl-click if you use a Mac) and choose Save Target as/Save Link As, then save it on your own computer.
The survey is in the form of a Word Document which you can fill in on screen, then email back to us, or print out and post or fax back if you prefer.
