We aim to be as helpful as possible and to provide an efficient service. We welcome any comments or suggestions for improvement which you may have.
If there are any problems, please let us know and we shall aim to put them right quickly. We shall also consider whether there are any wider implications for our service as a whole
If, however, you are not satisfied with our response, you may make a formal complaint in writing to our management committee. The committee is made up of our elected trustees and directors and a representative of Brighton & Hove City Council.
We shall send you a written reply within one month of receiving your written complaint.
