To make a comment about Beachcomber, or suggest something we should add to it, please use the Beachcomber feedback form

To book equipment for hire, please use the Booking Request form once you have selected the equipment you wish to book

To ask us for information you need to help you run your group or raise funds, to comment on the site, or our services generally, or to ask any other question, please use our feedback form

Your comments and questions will be dealt with by a real person at the Resource Centre, and we will get back to you with a response within 7 days.

Complaints

We aim to be as helpful as possible and to provide an efficient service. We welcome any comments or suggestions for improvement which you may have.

If there are any problems, please let us know and we shall aim to put them right quickly. We shall also consider whether there are any wider implications for our service as a whole

If, however, you are not satisfied with our response, you may make a formal complaint in writing to our management committee. The committee is made up of our elected trustees and directors and a representative of Brighton & Hove City Council.

We shall send you a written reply within one month of receiving your written complaint.
