Booking request for Digital camera (SLR)

Before requesting a booking, please see our FAQ on Hiring equipment from the Resource Centre. In particular, please note that our equipment is only available for hire to community and voluntary groups based in Sussex, and that it is not covered by our insurance when on hire to a group.

When would you like to collect the equipment? 

Please note: we book equipment out to be collected between 1pm and 4pm, Tuesday to Friday, so if you want to use an item on a Saturday, you will need to collect it on the afternoon of the Friday.  If you need to collect something in the morning, that is fine, but it will need to be booked out from the previous afternoon.

When will you return the equipment?

Please note: we book equipment out to be returned between 9am and 12noon, Tuesday to Friday, so if you are using something over the weekend, it will be due back on Tuesday morning.  If you need to return an item in the afternoon, that is fine, but it will need to be booked out until the following morning.

Please note: our equipment is only available for hire to community and voluntary groups based in Brighton & Hove, East or West Sussex. Groups in the wider Brighton and Hove Areas (BN1 - BN15 and BN41 - BN45) can book up to six months in advance. If your group is based in Sussex, but outside these areas, you are still welcome to hire our equipment, but will only be able to book up to 2 months in advance.

Are there any other items you would like to book for the same hire period?  Do you have any other questions?  Is there anything else you would like us to know?  If you are requesting to book a badge machine, please let us know which size badges you want to make, and how many badges you think you will need.  If you are requesting to book a candy floss machine, please let us know how many candy floss sticks or bags you will need.

Please note: we will need to check the availability of the equipment you have requested, before we can make a booking.  We will contact you to confirm your booking or discuss alternatives if the equipment you want is already booked.
