Hire Equipment for meetings, displays and presentations

This equipment enables you to run professional meetings,workshops, conferences and presentations, at an affordable cost. This section includes our range of digital still and video cameras.

For each different item in this section, we have one set available for extended hire (up to 6 weeks). A group may hire all sets of a particular item (eg digital cameras), but only for one week. Otherwise, the maximum hire period is two weeks

General information about our equipment hire service

We have a wide range of good quality equipment for hire, available to not-for-profit community groups based in Sussex. We cannot hire our equipment to businesses (other than for charity fundraising events), to individuals, or to groups outside Sussex.
