How much and what can you apply for

Examples of past grants and for what use if available

Grants are generally less than a thousand pounds. Applications for more than £1000 are not normally considered. The Hedgcock Bequest does not make annual grants, so one-off projects or purchases are more likely to be funded.

Grants cannot be used to support or promote a particular political party, cause, religious agenda or similar non-charitable activity.

There is a total of £20,000 to £25,000 available for each year.
