Deadlines for application
Trustees meet four times a year. They do not publish the dates of the meetings, or application deadlines, but if you phone up they will tell you when the next meeting is. If they have too many applications for a meeting, they will sometimes hold some of them over until the next meeting. Therefore the time between submitting an application and finding out if you have been successful could be anything from 2 - 6 months.
