Local community newsletters

If your event or news is relevant to residents of a particular area (e.g. Moulsecoomb), or a particular interest group (e.g. cycling/cyclists), it's worth finding out whether there is a local community newsletter produced in the area, and contacting the people who publish it.

If you don't live in the local area, you could check community centres, hairdressers, coffee shops, or other local businesses to check if such a publication exists.

Some newsletters are sent out only to their members so may not be available to the general public. Try doing an internet search for the area of interest, or location.
