Improvements and new features

'Delete selected row' button

In response to user feedback, we have added a button on the Cash and Bank sheets, to enable users to delete entries without causing errors. 

The new version features:

• warnings when a user has made a change that causes error messages
• automatic detection when cash/bank transfers are deleted on the cash or bank sheets, and automatic deletion of the matching entry on the other sheet - warnings are always given
• automatic updating of the link between transfer entries on the two sheets

Bank reconciliation date

The new version inserts the date when the bank balance was entered, rather than the date of the last transaction on the sheet.
