Aims of scheme

To improve the health and well-being of people living with dementia and encourage participation in physical activities and reduce people’s feelings of isolation.

Who can apply

Local community groups.

How much and what can you apply for

Each group can apply for a maximum of £5000 in a financial year but smaller grants (under £1000) are encouraged, particularly for new innovative and creative projects.
