Grants available for: User-led organisations and small unconstituted groups whose activities will make a direct difference to the lives of people living with mental ill-health, trauma and distress during the Covid-19 period.

Aims of Fund

To support community action, peer support, mutual aid and other activities that will make a direct difference to the lives of people living with mental ill-health, trauma and distress during this Covid-19 period.

Who can apply

User-led organisations and smaller, unconstituted community groups in England.

How much and what can you apply for

Grants of up to £1000, but they may in some instances consider grants up to £2000.

You can use the funding for things like:

  • Printing
  • Technology
  • Training
  • Information sharing
  • Volunteer costs
  • Sessional workers

How to apply

You will need to join the National Survivor Users Network, which is free, then complete the online form.

Deadlines for application

There are no deadlines. You can apply at any time and should get a decision in 2 – 3 weeks.

Other details

This is part of the Coronavirus Mental Health Response Fund and you cannot apply for this if you have already applied for the main fund.
