Our equipment is only available for hire to community and voluntary groups based in Brighton & Hove, East or West Sussex.
Groups in the wider Brighton and Hove Areas (BN1-BN15 and BN41-BN45) can book up to six months in advance.
If your group is based in Sussex, but outside these areas, you are still welcome to hire our equipment, but will only be able to book up to 2 months in advance.
This form is a booking request only. We will check whether the equipment is available and contact you to confirm your booking. Don’t assume you have booked any equipment until you hear from us.
After submitting this form you should be redirected to a page that says “Thank you, we will contact you shortly to confirm your booking”. If you are not redirected, your form has not been submitted – please contact us to make your booking.
If, after submitting your request, you have not heard back from us within four days, please contact us to check that your request has come through.
The Resource Centre requires a named contact person and contact details (phone number, email and postal address) in order to process a booking request and in order for your group to hire our equipment. We will not share your personal information with any third parties. Your personal information will only be used in relation to provision of Resource Centre services to your group.
