Reconsider whether you are a closed group

You have chosen to be an open organisation (which people can join as members), and  chosen to have an unelected committee. These answers are contradictory, because having an unelected committee means that you are not an open organisation run by its members, but a closed organisation run by a specific group of people.

You need to change your plans a bit.
